Our Process.
Step 1. Consultation
The best way to begin is with a chat. To really get things going though, send through some photos of your item via the online form, email or direct to our mobile. As no two repair jobs are ever the same, this allows us to understand your requirements, gauge the scope of work and begin to formulate a plan tailored to your specific circumstances.
Step 2. Shipping Plan
If required, our team can arrange safe and reliable transportation for your furniture or other valuable items to our workshop. We’ll come out to you ourselves to carefully evaluate, remove and transport your goods so we can understand where they come from and where they need to go back.
Step 3. Bespoke Repair and Restoration Process
At the heart of our journey lies the bespoke repair and restoration process where our skilled artisans apply their expertise to breathe new life back into your treasured pieces. Combining traditional techniques with modern innovations, we meticulously repair and restore your furniture, artworks, or valuable objects to their former glory.
Step 4. Progress Updates and Inspection
For your ongoing comfort and satisfaction, we provide regular progress updates. As we approach completion, we invite you in to make a closer inspection and review of our work. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal so if there are any final touches or adjustments needed, our team is dedicated to making it right.
Step 5. Pick Up or Delivery
When the big moment arrives and everything is set to go, you can either come and pick up your beloved from our workshop or, if already planned, we’ll deliver your items safely back to you.
